Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases, however, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.
Stock Items
With the exception of sale items, all stock item purchases are eligible for a full refund (excluding postage cost) if returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery. The product must be is in its original purchase condition with all original tags and packaging. Damaged or soiled goods will be not accepted.
To process your return, please first email us at info@thegreyhouseonline.com before returning your product. Shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded except where the product is faulty. We recommend using a delivery service to provide insurance for your return package as the item remains in your care until we have received it.
Refunds may take several days to process on receipt of the item(s).
Bespoke Orders
Please note we cannot accept returns or exchange for bespoke orders unless the product is faulty.
Faulty Goods
Please email us at info@thegreyhouseonline.com if you have received a faulty item. On inspection of the item, The Grey House will determine whether you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Please note that normal wear and tear does not constitute a faulty item.
