The Grey House’s services are made available to you in conjunction with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before placing an order on www.thegreyhouseonline.com.

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions set out herein without notice. Any changes will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.
Our terms and conditions and all purchases shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
When registering with The Grey House, you are required to provide accurate and current data and must complete all the mandatory information where necessary. If your information changes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Eligibility to purchase
When purchasing online, you must at all times provide accurate information when information is requested. This applies to your personal information and your payment details. We reserve the right to refuse orders if information given is incorrect. When you make your order you are authorizing us to perform credit checks where we feel necessary and to transmit or obtain information about you to and from third parties. You also agree that we may use your personal information for anti-fraud checks, for example disclosing information to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency.
All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved. Once you have made your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. If you do not receive an email acknowledging your order please email us at email@example.com. Your order will only be complete when we send you an email to say your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to reject any orders if for example we do not get authorization for payment, an item is unavailable or you live in a country with certain shipping restrictions.
All bespoke orders take between 8-12 weeks for delivery and are subject to a 50% deposit payable on order, with the balance 50% payable on delivery. Bespoke orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Payment can be made using PayPal, which offers you to pay using all major bank cards. You do not have to set up a PayPal account in order to complete your transaction. If you have any issues using this payment option, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
